Hoping Alabama will hear the clarion call to actual justice. You wouldn't think it was take 8 years after DNA evidence to get an innocent person off death row.

Nancy, i am an Atty who teaches witness ID for one of the innocense proj progs and i hope that u will do a bit more research.. My branch has recently sucessfully gotten 2 man who spent 23 yrs in prison and death row reunited after nearly 45 yrs,between the two and from a life of perpetual incarceration..
Prosceutors knew these men did not committ the crimes they were accused of yet racism, and power allowed men who took an oath to uphold the law to fail to uphold the rule of law and this is unacceptable. This is called prosecutorial misconduct and these cases are hopefully going to force a lot of changes.
What must happen is that citizens need to know the facts and prosecutors attys and others need to uphold the laws, or face prosecution as well. This fraud racism and arbitrary misconduct must cease and desist becoming a pattern...it is costing Texas, and other states Millions
